Trec HMB Revolution 150 Capsules

HMB Revolution is an improved version of one of the most popular supplements, which is used in body-building and other kinds of professional sports - the refined version of HMB. It consists of adequate combinations of short-chained fatty acid (beta-hydroxy beta-methylbuterate) with the relatively exogenic amino acid - arginine. Should be taken - 3 times a day

Training days;
1st dose of 2 capsules 30 minutes before the first meal
2nd dose of 2 capsules just after a workout
3rd dose of 2 capsules just before bedtime

Non-Training days:
1st dose of 2 capsules 30 minutes before the first meal
2nd dose of 2 capsules 30 minutes before dinner
3rd dose of 2 capsules just before bedtime

Preferably swallow with approximately 300 ml of water.
