Easy to use PhD Wired can be either mixed in a PhD shaker bottle with 200-250ml of water or alternatively for an even easier pre-exercise blast, stir 1 serving into 200-250ml of ice-cold water.
Directions for use: For a power-packed workout session, use 1 serving of PhD Wired 20 minutes prior to intense exercise.
How to mix:
For individuals under 80kg: Add 1 serving (1 scoop) of PhD Wired to 200ml of ice-cold water and shake for a few seconds before drinking . Or stir 1 serving (1 scoop) of PhD Wired into 200ml of ice cold water and drink immediately.
For individuals over 80kg: Add 1.5 servings (1 ½ scoops) of PhD Wired to 200ml of ice-cold water and shake for a few seconds before drinking . Or stir 1 serving (1 ½ scoops) of PhD Wired into 200ml of ice cold water and drink immediately.
Easy mixing option: In a rush to get to the gym? Add 1 ½ scoops of PhD Wired to 250ml of ice-cold water and stir for approximately 10 seconds.
