 Ingredients

 METAMYOSYN (blend of milk protein isolates, caseinate, glutamine, whey protein concentrate, egg white), maltodextrin, dicalcium phosphate, potassium chloride, dipotassium phosphate, potassium citrate, salt, sodium citrate, magnesium oxide, choline bitar.

 Recommended Daily Dosage

 Add contents of packet to 500ml of cold water or milk and thoroughly mix in a shaker or blender. Use 2 servings daily as a food supplement.
